Software
TriZenter warrants that the media on which the Software is distributed will be free from defects for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of delivery of the Software to You. Your sole remedy in the event of a breach of this warranty will be that TriZenter will, at its option, replace any defective media returned to TriZenter within the warranty period or refund the money You paid for the Software. TriZenter does not warrant that the Software will meet Your requirements or that operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or that the Software will be error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
Hardware:
Any hardware purchased will carry the hardware manufacturer’s warranty.
Other:
Books, maintenance, support, service and training purchases are non-refundable.
In order for the software to be activated the user will need a software key which is unique to their computer and provided by TriZenter.
Forms of payment
- Credit card: We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard on our website.
- Other prepayment options: We also accept prepayment by check, money order or wire transfer. Personal and company checks must clear before shipment.
- Net terms: Limited terms (Net 10 or Net 30, at our discretion) are offered only to approved companies. A credit application may be required.
Payment must be approved/received before the software activation key is generated. Turnaround time for key generation is within 2 business days.
