What do I need to effectively run a TriZenter presentation?
To run the TriZenter Presentation System, you will need:
- Computer or laptop
- Pentium 4 processor (1.7GHz Minimum)
- 512 MB RAM
- Windows 2000 or XP
- 100 MB free disk space
- MS Office with PowerPoint
- Multi-monitor video card with 4 outputs
- 3 monitors or projectors
- TriZenter Software

Can I build – or have someone else build – my PC and it still be compatible with TriZenter?
Yes, you can build a PC. There are no special components required to run TriZenter other than a multi-monitor video card and, occasionally, memory upgrades. For more information, see Hardware Specifications. If you have questions about upgrading your current PC to work with TriZenter, contact us.
Is a trial version of the TriZenter Software available?
Yes, TriZenter has a free 30-day full trial. If at anytime you wish to purchase TriZenter, you can return to www.TriZenter.com to purchase the activation key. Click here to download the TriZenter trial version.
Can I see a live demonstration of the TriZenter Presentation System?
Yes. We do TriZenter demonstrations all over the country. If you’d like the current schedule of TriZenter demonstrations, or if you’d like to request a demonstration in your area, contact us.
Can I get the TriZenter Software on disc or do I have to download it?
You can do either. When you purchase TriZenter, you have the option of downloading the software or receiving it on CD ROM for an additional $30.
What should I do if I find a bug in the software?
In the unlikely event that you run across any bugs or errors in the software, write down the full error message as well as the steps leading up to the error, and email them to us. We will then email you an upgrade with a fix as soon as possible.
Do you have any resources to help me learn how to use TriZenter?
Yes, we offer a workbook to help you. It comes with a demo PowerPoint presentation and walks you through the steps of creating a TriZenter presentation.
Do you have people who can help me with my presentation?
Yes, we offer a variety of services. When you purchase your TriZenter software, you receive a free block of phone support. When that block runs out, you may purchase more blocks of phone support. In addition, we offer complete content conversions of your existing PowerPoint slides, as well as full presentation content design and development based on your message.
